About the Role
Highway Maintenance Worker Positions Individuals selected must be able to respond to emergency callout within 1 hour
during inclement weather, including all snow and ice conditions, to be considered for this position. Will be expected to
operate plows during winter operations and to obtain the equipment certifications listed above. Highway Maintenance
Worker Trainee 1: Must be 18 years old, pass physical/medical examination and drug test*, and possess a Class D Driver
License. Highway Maintenance Worker Trainee 2: Must be 18 years old, pass physical/medical examination* and drug test;
and possess a Class A or B Commercial Driver License with no airbrake restriction. Candidates will be evaluated on their
