About the Role
**THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN** Position Summary: Roles and Responsibilities: Operate hand-welding
equipment to join metal components, or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products Ability to
read work orders, blueprints, instructions, formulas, and/or processing charts to ensure precise and accurate welding in
agreement with the customer's design specifications Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and
properly document such non-conformances. Communicate and problem solve with others in a reasonable and professional
manner and work effectively in a team environment Maintain and keep welding equipment in good working order - free of
