About the Role

Iowa Grading Team Position Martin Marietta is currently looking for a motivated individual to join our Iowa Grading

Team. This position will have the opportunity to operate a variety of heavy equipment to include haul truck, motor

grader, water truck, etc. to bring raw materials from pit to plant in a safe and efficient manner at maximum loading

capacity. This position will be based out of Earlham, IA but will travel around Central Iowa and Eastern Nebraska to

help other plants with production. This position is paid a competitive hourly wage as well as drive time pay, mileage

pay and $175 per diem pay. Must be able to or willing to learn to operate all other mobile equipment, including haul
