$2,500 Bonus | 2-2-3 Schedule Higher pay for experienced operators ~$3/hour night shift differential ~$2,500 Sign-On

Bonus ~ Monthly bonus program ~2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts) Work only half the month Built-in days off + predictable

rotation Operate loaders, haul trucks, dozers, skid steers, and excavators Perform equipment inspections and basic

maintenance Monitor operations for safety and efficiency Complete daily production and inspection reports Assist with

plant cleanup and material handling Heavy equipment experience preferred (loader, haul truck, skid steer, dozer) Strong
