About the Role

Equipment Operator The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating light to heavy construction equipment used

in site work, pipeline, and excavation projects. Duties include operating machinery to move earth, materials, or

equipment; performing equipment inspections; and supporting field crews as directed. This position is primarily outdoors

and requires the ability to work safely in all weather conditions and environments. Equipment Operator I Entry Level

Operate light or moderate equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, backhoes, and front-end loaders under

supervision. Assist with trenching, grading, and basic excavation tasks. Conduct daily equipment inspections; Follow all
