Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment used in earthwork, grading,

excavation, and site development activities. This position performs mass excavation, cut and fill operations, rough and

finish grading, trenching, embankment construction, and material handling while ensuring compliance with project

specifications, safety standards, and production goals. The Heavy Equipment Operator works closely with superintendents,

foremen, survey crews, and laborers to complete heavy civil construction projects safely and efficiently. Safely operate
