Heavy Equipment Mechanic

About the Role

The Heavy Equipment Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of specialized

heavy machinery used in the road striping and pavement marking industry. This includes striping trucks, thermoplastic

equipment, spray systems, grinders, burners, air compressors, hydraulics, and support vehicles. DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose, repair, and maintain road striping trucks, fleet vehicles, support equipment and pavement

marking equipment including paint and bead delivery systems, thermoplastic kettles and burners, hydraulic systems, pumps

and motors, air compressors and pneumatic systems, engines, transmissions, brakes, and drivetrains Perform preventative
