Heavy Equipment Mechanic
About the Role
This position is responsible for moving equipment, parts, machinery, etc. at our vast, 63-acre facility. Inspect brake
systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating
condition. Use hand tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, or precision instruments, as well as
power tools, such as pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, or jacks and hoists. Adjust brakes and reassemble equipment.
Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery. Knowledge
of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of relevant equipment,
