About the Role
Heartwood- Civil/Mechanical Equipment Operator (Non Driver) Operations Full-Time Report to and assist immediate
supervisor. Perform quality work as determined by project specifications. Accountable for all tools and materials at the
end of your shift. It is the responsibility of all employees to know and understand and comply with all company safety
policies and federal, state, and local regulations. Mobilization and Demobilization - Ability to mobilize equipment
being operated, including loading, unloading, securing, set up and tear down. Equipment Maintenance - Ensure that all
equipment, vehicles, and tools are properly accounted for, used for correct purpose and are maintained. Other Serves as
