Groundskeeper Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community. This role

includes daily upkeep of the grounds, cleaning common areas, and performing light maintenance to ensure a safe,

welcoming environment for residents. By providing exceptional service, the Groundskeeper & Porter helps maintain the

property's overall value and quality. Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring appliances, windows,
