About the Role

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Groundskeeper/Porter to join our company, GMC Property Management. We are a

family owned and managed company that has been in the multi-family industry for over 30 years. We are also looking for

someone who is detail-oriented, professional, organized and able to multi-task, while always maintaining great customer

service. Housing discounts of 20% included for those wanting to live on property! Job Responsibilities Clean property

interiors including amenities, lobby/office, model apartment interior hallways, elevators, etc. Clean windows and

mirrors throughout property. Stock toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels in all public restrooms and amenities. Monitor
