Grounds Crew Member is a seasonal, part‐time position responsible for supporting the preparation, maintenance, and

game‐day readiness of the playing surface at ONT Field. Working under the direction of the Field Operations Manager and

Grounds Superintendent, this hands‐on role assists with turf care, infield clay maintenance, batting practice setup,

weather response, and event conversions to ensure a safe, professional quality playing surface for baseball games and
