About the Role

Job Description Under the direction of the Facilities Director, the incumbent is responsible for servicing guest and

non‐guest areas of the facility. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks, and pool

furniture. General cleaning of all mechanical and equipment rooms. Clean up of lot/garage and detail work including

lakes, ponds, rooftops, sidewalks, and roadways. Operate and maintain fuel‐powered equipment, including the company's

utility vehicle. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or technical certificate (similar
