Main duties and responsibilities
• Clean grounds and remove litter.
• Responsible for the upkeep of grounds.
• Keep apartment complex, landscaping cleaned by inspecting property each morning & picking up any trash littering the
grounds.
• Clean air conditioner vents & replace filters in all vacant apartments.
