groundskeeper performs a variety of tasks in all weather conditions, including trimming and mowing, weeding,
landscaping, snow removal, trash rounds, and general grounds maintenance. The groundskeeper also addresses and repairs
minor exterior issues that arise on hospital property. This is a first‐shift schedule (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM,
