About the Role

Job Type Full-time Description The Groundskeeper Porter/ Pool Tech maintains the general appearance and landscaping of

the property. They will conduct several inspections a day to ensure the grounds are free of trash, safety concerns, and

any equipment is in good working order to ensure the property is inviting to residents. Collect trash and debris around

the property common areas and landscaping, emptying exterior garbage receptacles. Remove snow from sidewalks, ensure

they are free of ice. Sweep patio, sidewalks and parking areas. If appropriate, ensure pool and spa areas are neat,

clean and ready for residents to use. Ensure chemicals are correctly balanced and appropriate record keeping is
