About the Role

Groundskeeper-Porter We are looking for a friendly, customer‐service oriented individual to maintain the overall

community appearance of brand‐new 300+ unit apartments, The Arthur, located in Omaha, NE. This person will take pride

and ownership in their work and provide quality service to our residents. A well‐maintained community where residents

live is the priority number one for this role. This full‐time position requires availability Monday through Friday 8:00

AM to 4:00 PM. Job Duties Clean all common areas and walkways, and maintain overall property appearance. Walk the

property daily to maintain "curb appeal," including trash pick‐up, cutting, trimming, watering greenery and flowers, and
