~ Day Shift ~ Full time Key Responsibilities • Perform general grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming,

and landscaping. • Operate lawn care equipment such as zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and other power tools

safely and effectively. • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including picking up debris and trash. •

Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, and basic landscaping tasks as needed. • Perform general labor duties including

loading/unloading materials and assisting with site upkeep. • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and report any
