About the Role

Groundskeeper - Avista Resort Job Description: The grounds maintenance personnel will keep public property areas clean,

safe, and organized, using equipment such as hand tools and power tools. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks,

which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing,

digging, raking, sprinkler installation, collecting trash, sweeping, and wiping down outdoor items. Shift: Days &

Afternoons Part-Time & Full-Time Responsibilities Empties all trash chutes, trash cans, and parking lot as needed Sweeps

and power washes as needed Mowing, weed eating, trimming, laying sod, planting & watering flowers, fertilizer, and other
