About the Role

Groundskeeper- Avista Resort Job Description: Thegrounds maintenance personnel will keep public property areas clean,

safe, andorganized, using equipment such as hand tools and power tools. Workerstypically perform a variety of tasks,

which may include any combination of thefollowing: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering,

fertilizing,digging, raking, sprinkler installation, collecting trash, sweeping, and wipingdown outdoor items. Shift:

Days & Afternoons Part-Time & Full-Time Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to: • Empties all trash chutes,

trash cans, and parking lot as needed • Sweeps and power washes as needed • Mowing, weed eating, trimming, laying sod,
