Description JOB SUMMARY This position must provide a clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying surrounding for
the residents, employees, and visitors. The Janitorial Maintenance Tech must follow the instructions as given for
handling, cleaning, disposing, and moving of objects/materials. The Janitorial maintenance technician is also
responsible for completing light building maintenance and repairs and performs unit make‑ready duties on empty units.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Cleaning of halls, common areas, and vacant units, to include but not limited to floors, walls,
doors, bathrooms, grounds, stairwells, windows and appliances as instructed. Develops property cleaning schedule with
