About the Role

Greystar is seeking a Groundskeeper for Bridgeside at Patriots Point, located in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The ideal candidate

will maintain the physical appearance of the community while providing excellent service to residents. Responsibilities

include clearing litter, maintaining amenities, and assisting with minor service requests. This full-time position

requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours, along with a supportive
