About the Role
Essential Job Functions Assures that the grounds are well-groomed and free of trash, debris and hazards. Assures that
walkways are clean and clear of hazards. Maintains landscape plantings as directed by the Department Supervisor. Assists
during winter months, with snow and ice removal efforts. Maintains outside water hoses and equipment as directed.
Maintains the appearance of outdoor signs, parking lot lines, center road lines and direction-oftravel indicators.
Maintains and washes all tractors, mowers, snow blower and other outdoor vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in
good working order. Identifies and replaces dead or diseased plantings as directed by supervisor. Maintains outdoor
