About the Role
PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking experienced Groundskeepers/Laborer/Equipment
Operators to support PacArctic and our government customer. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered
by the CBA. Perform all grounds maintenance as required. Landscaping: Mow and edge lawns; trim hedges, shrubs, and
trees. Water and fertilize plants and lawns. Weed, applied pesticides/herbicides (Vendor Assist Integrated Pest
Management, rake leaves, disposed of debris, and pruned/shaped trees and bushes(Vendor Assist Arborist). Maintenance:
lean and maintain garden tools/equipment; remove snow/ice from walkways and driveways; perform regular ground
