About the Role
Join our Premier Property Management Team. Creating a better living. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining
the overall appearance of the exterior physical features of the site, under the direction of the Assistant Property
Manager. They are responsible for maintaining the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal of the property for
residents and potential residents. We believe everyone at Goldmark is a leader! This role will be responsible for
bringing our Goldmark vision of creating a better living for our customers and our communities to life at their
individual property level. They will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality that is the Goldmark
