About the Role
Janitor / Groundskeeper Position
The Denver (APA) location specifically is seeking to fill a Janitor / Groundskeeper position. This position will be
responsible for helping maintain and clean on a daily basis high-traffic areas like lobbies, restrooms, and common
spaces, ensuring a presentable and sanitary environment by handling spills, restocking supplies (soap, paper), emptying
trash, light dusting, and assisting with special requests, unlike traditional janitors who clean after hours. Key duties
include restroom servicing, lobby upkeep, spill response, trash removal, supply replenishment, and basic maintenance
