entry-level general maintenance and repair work. This person performs various unskilled and semi-skilled tasks in the

installation, maintenance, repair, and cleaning of buildings, equipment, and fixtures. Assignments will be given orally

or through written instructions. This person shall possess evidence of skill proficiency required in the performance of

the duties and responsibilities listed below. This person shall report to the grounds supervisor. DUTIES AND
