Grounds Keeper

About the Role

Job Summary Performs grounds maintenance at assigned Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) campus locations to keep the

grounds safe and beautiful throughout the year. Includes turf and bed maintenance, plant and tree care, irrigation, snow

removal, and various other landscape maintenance tasks. This is an important position to the college because all duties

performed are visible and contribute greatly to the environment and overall appeal at each campus. Requires moderate

physical effort to perform a variety of gardening maintenance duties including weeding, mowing/trimming/edging grass,

bed cleanup, flower planting, pruning trees and shrubs, transplanting/planting sod, litter/leaf/debris removal, mowing,
