About the Role
Porter-Gaud School is an Episcopal, independent, coeducational day school with 1,650 students in preschool through 12th
grade. The Facilities Department has openings for the position of Groundskeeper, to start immediately. This position
reports directly to the Grounds Manager and works closely with other Facilities employees. This is a 12-month, full-time
non-exempt position with benefits including health insurance, paid leave, school-provided lunch, and availability of
403(b) retirement plan. The Groundskeeper is responsible for performing duties to maintain the grounds of the School
property using hand or power tools or equipment. Other duties may include supporting special events by assisting with
