About the Role
Why does the job exist? The purpose of this position will provide services related to the upkeep of the grounds at
NMBHI. How does it get done? Duties may include but are not limited to performing preventive maintenance such as
constructing and/or remodeling cabinets, re‐pinning keys, patching walls, roofing, and all other carpenter skills
requested or, as necessary. Incumbent will also assist other disciplines within the Plant Technology Department as
needed. Ideal Candidate Experience in equipment and small machinery Experience in snow removal and cleaning of icy areas
Experience in grounds maintenance High School Diploma or Equivalent and three (3) months of experience in general
