screened more than once. Salary $16.50 - $24.75 Hourly, $34,320 - $51,480 Annually. This position is a Pay Band C2. Why

does the job exist? The purpose of this position will provide services related to the upkeep of the grounds at NMBHI.

How does it get done? Perform preventive maintenance such as constructing and/or remodeling cabinets, re-pinning keys,

patching walls, roofing, and all other carpenter skills requested or, as necessary. Assist other disciplines within the

Plant Technology Department as needed. Who are the customers? Patients/Clients/Residents/Employees Ideal Candidate
