About the Role

ITHACA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT 400 Lake Street • Ithaca, New York • 14850 Position Title: Groundskeeper Brief Description:

Maintain grounds by mowing, raking, cutting, rolling, reseeding and fertilizing lawns; plant and care for trees, shrubs,

and flowers; assist in the preparation and maintenance of baseball diamonds, football fields, running tracks,

playgrounds, and other athletic and recreational areas; remove snow and ice from walks, driveways, steps, and building

entrances; keep grounds free of litter and debris; make deliveries, load and unload materials and move furniture and

equipment. Other related work as directed by supervisor. Location(s): District Wide Anticipated Start Date: 10/20/2025
