Description SUMMARY: Responsible for keeping assigned grounds areas clean and free of debris. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains all trash receptacles in outdoor public areas, ensuring the area is clean and free of litter.

Cleans outside public areas, sidewalks, and parking areas; picks up leaves and litter. Trims and prunes tree branches.

Operates and maintains power lawn mowers, ensuring the equipment is clean and in proper working condition. Ensures all

plant beds are free of weeds, dead flowers, etc. Operates snow removal equipment, if necessary. The above statements are
