performing a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks. This position ensures that lawns, gardens, and other green

spaces are well‐kept, healthy, and visually pleasing to visitors and residents alike. The Groundskeeper is responsible

for the upkeep of grounds equipment and must adhere to safety protocols while working in diverse weather conditions.
