About the Role

Grounds & Property Porter Responsible for all landscaping and lawns in front yards, side yards, and the upkeep of all

property grounds in general; the appearance of building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community

buildings of multi‐family residential apartments; sidewalk and front stairwell snow and ice removal and monitoring

seasonally. Job Responsibilities Maintenance Meticulously maintains total property appeal. Responsible for meticulous

upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings. Remove

trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis. Assist in the preparation of market ready
