About the Role
The City of Lincoln is seeking an experienced FT Bread Baker for our Melville Store. The successful candidate will
create exceptional gourmet bread products, ensuring a high level of customer service through skillful baking and
interaction with customers. Responsibilities include preparing various baked goods, managing ingredient measurements,
and maintaining oven temperatures. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous bread-making experience are
