About the Role
The golf groundskeeper—often called a greenskeeper or turf maintenance worker—maintains the quality, playability, and
aesthetics of a golf course. They operate heavy machinery, manage turf, and perform manual labor to ensure the grounds
remain safe, healthy, and compliant with golf course standards. This position offers free golf! Responsibilities: •
Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs to precise heights. • Raking, edging, and weeding sand bunkers daily. •
Changing pin (hole) locations and moving tee markers. • Repairing ball marks, divots, and fractured turf. • Cleaning and
maintaining water coolers, ball washers, and trash bins. • Applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. • Assisting
