About the Role
Job Overview Shift: 4th shift (Friday - Sunday), 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, on-site (Mankato, MN). Salary: $24.58 – $28.57
hourly + 10% shift differential, paid bi‐weekly. Responsibilities Perform difficult and final electro/mechanical
assembly based on drawings or specifications. Plan assembly procedures, adjust, fit, and align components to achieve
tight tolerances. Meet inspection standards and perform inspection as required. Carry out other duties as designated by
supervisor within the same salary grade. Qualifications Vocational or high‐school graduate with formal training or
equivalent on‐job training in electrical and related mechanical principles. At least 6,000 hours of experience to
