About the Role
We're seeking a trainable, hands-on individual to join a local contractor's team as a General Laborer / Insulation
Installer. This role involves working onsite to insulate piping and ductwork, measure and cut materials, and support
field operations. Install insulation materials on piping and ducts per project specifications Cut, measure, and fit
materials accurately Work with local contractors and follow site procedures Take direction well and work efficiently to
meet project timelines Basic understanding of construction or industrial processes preferred Physically capable of
manual labor in varied environments Pay increases based on performance and experience Opportunity to gain hands-on field
