Gas Controller/dispatcher Anchorage

About the Role

ENSTAR is on a mission to deliver safe and reliable natural gas to Alaskans. As a Gas Controller/Dispatcher, you will

play an essential role within our Gas Control department, reporting to the Gas Control Supervisor. Coordinate and

control the flow of natural gas throughout the pipeline and distribution systems; Increase or decrease pressure in

pipeline according to forecast. Review correlating data (pressure, volume, and temperatures) with variables affecting

consumer demand, such as weather conditions, time of day, and forecast to safely and efficiently operate the pipeline

system. Remotely control/operate pipeline compressors, regulators, and valves. Monitor odorant injection levels, dew
