Gardener/crew Member
About the Role
Wild & Scenic Inc is a garden and landscape management company focused on practical, sustainable horticulture in
maintenance and installation throughout Rhode Island. Our work ranges from coastal meadows to formal gardens, with an
emphasis on long-term plant health and thoughtful land care. We are currently seeking full-time seasonal crew members to
join a small team (6–8 people) working on high-end residential properties. This is physically demanding, fast-paced
outdoor work in all weather conditions. Days are hands-on and task-driven, and we move with purpose to meet daily goals.
This role is also an opportunity to build real skills in horticulture. Crew members receive on-the-ground training in
