About the Role

Position Summary The Landscaping Technician/Gardener is responsible for managing all aspects of resort landscape

operations at a luxury, grand scale resort and reports to the Director of Landscaping. Aspects include the execution of

landscape improvements, enhancements, and day-to-day maintenance for 140+ acres of K.I.G.R. property including a Forbes

Five Star, AAA Five Diamond oceanfront hotel, 5 golf course clubhouses, a 22 court tennis facility, a public park, 4

pool complexes, recreation fields and amenities, retail and common area spaces, maintenance facilities buildings, along

with beach access boardwalks. This position functions onsite between 6:30 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Friday, with
