About the Role

Under the direction of a plumber, a plumber's helper will assist with emergency & scheduled plumbing repairs of

standpipe and sprinkler systems. Assist Plumber with the following related tasks: perform work relating to the

installation, inspection, maintenance, repair & testing of standpipes and sprinklers. Set, maintain and repair plumbing

equipment and accessories. # Carry tools, working material and equipment and prepare the work location. Move heavy

valves, piping fixtures. Cut, drill or prepare openings as may be necessary for the installation, maintenance or repair

of fire safety, asset clean work area. # Any additional work related to fire safety and the good of the Authority. Note:
