About the Role

Hours: 40 hours per week, plus out of hours call out on a rota basis Days: Monday - Friday plus out of hours call out on

a rota basis Duration: Permanent Duties: Duties to include, first and second fix carpentry, door hanging (including fire

doors) and DFG adaptations, Installation of kitchen furniture, tiling and basic plumbing works associated with kitchen

installation, Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests, Communicate with help

desk to provide updates on estimated completion time and materials used, Maintain accurate records, including

photographic evidence. Assist on other works where required and participate on emergency repairs out of hours call out
