About the Role

Growing Property Management Company seeking a General "Maintenance" Handyman who is timely, friendly, reliable,

flexible, accountable, hard-working, ethical, moral, true-to-their-word, and NO BS oriented. Position reports directly

to Owner and will be responsible for the daily maintenance operations of our residential rental property portfolio,

positioned throughout the Minneapolis-St. Responsibilities Required Will Revolve Around Maintenance Issues Relative to

Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliances, Carpentry, and | or Other Respective General Property Repairs: Troubleshoot and

Diagnose Maintenance Issues. Perform Maintenance Repairs Resulting from Troubleshoot | Diagnostic Testing. Manage
