About the Role

Porter/Groundskeeper Our client is searching for a Porter/Groundskeeper for Eastbank and Westbank apartment communities.

The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall appearance of the community. Duties will include grounds

maintenance, landscaping, pressure washing, pool maintenance, and assisting maintenance and the manager as needed. Our

salaries are commensurate with work experience and willingness to learn and actual work performance.
