Stoa Group is a full-time groundskeeper to join our team in Columbia, SC . Our Groundskeeper is an essential team member

that maintains the apartment community's overall curb appeal/appearance. Check out our Groundskeeper opening if you have

a great eye for detail, enjoy working in the fresh air, and take great pride in creating a clean and welcoming

environment. Our residents will enjoy your friendly personality as you diligently work to make their home a beautiful

place to live. Assist with light cleaning and repairs prior to new resident move-ins and model units. Ensure adequate

inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Assists office staff, as needed, with posting notices on resident doors.
