About the Role

Groundskeeper Job Summary: The Groundskeeper performs landscaping tasks using power equipment and hand tools to maintain

the Seabrook parks and common areas. Duties/ Responsibilities: Mow, edge, and other maintenance to lawns as assigned.

Applies fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides as directed. Clean, service and maintain tools and equipment. Completes

snow removal tasks such as shoveling sidewalks and applying ice-melt as directed during winter months. Splits, stacks,

and delivers wood to firepits. Runs and operates a woodchipper and brush clean up materials. Hardscape and landscaping

projects as a team and/or with little oversight. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities:
