About the Role

GENERAL SUMMARY Helps maintain the physical grounds in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use

of it may be made at all times. Reports to the Director of Operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Maintains all safety and code

requirements of the state, local, and Board of Education guidelines. Performs maintenance duties such as grounds

maintenance and mowing. Operates various types of equipment. Interacts with others in a respectful and cooperative

manner at all times. Willingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education and

Experience: High school diploma or G.E.D. Has some experience in building construction. Valid SC Driver's license
