About the Role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property's outdoor

spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This position plays a key role in

enhancing curb appeal and maintaining property value. Responsibilities Maintain and care for all landscaping, including

mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, watering, and fertilizing. Perform general maintenance and cleanliness of
